Ways to earn

1. Sign up with us, you will receive a complimentary reward of 200 Paws Club Points
2. When you place an order with us, every dollar you spend turns to 1 Paws Club Point.
3. You can get extra points when you purchase specific items (Terms & Conditions apply).

Ways to Redeem

1. Each 200 Paws Club Points could redeem as $1.
2. This redemption applies to the actual amount paid for all placed orders.
3. A redemption has to be at least 1000 points to claim the Paws Club voucher each time.
4. All discount codes offered by Paws Club Loyalty Rewards cannot be used with other codes, vouchers, or gift cards at the same time.
5. In the event of refund, the amount paid by redeemed rewards will be refunded by e-gift card which will be issued to the corresponding account.

*Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to your account if a reward is redeemed and not used.
